Q: How can I start to connect with Beautymall Wholesale?

  • We welcome any companies who are interested to have business in the beauty and cosmetic industry, no matter doing business through e-commerce platforms or running physical stores, to start business with us at Beautymall. Register Here
  • If you are still in the planning stages of opening a business, you must state it clearly in your registration.
  • Once you have submitted your registration, we will start to review your registration and send you an email to confirm receipt of your application and you will be informed of the result within 5-7 business days.
  • For successful registration, we will send you a confirmation email with a link for you to set up your password
  • If further information is needed for the registration, we will inform you via email
  • If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam, bulk mail or similar email folders.

 

Q: Are there any minimum quantity or order amount for each order?

A: Beautymall Wholesale has no restriction on minimum quantity, and the minimum order amount is low in an amount of US$250 (excluding shipping fee).

 

Q: What payment methods are available in Beautymall Wholesale?

A:

  • Beautymall Wholesale currently accepts Paypal for any purchase with order value equal to or less than US$700.
  • For order value above US$700, we only accept payment via bank transfer.

 

Q: What would be the order processing procedure if I pay via bank transfer?

A:

  • Customers can choose Bank Transfer as payment method during the checkout process. Once you have placed the order, you will be redirected to the page that you can receive your order no.
  • We will send you an email to confirm we have already received your order together with our bank information for you to arrange payment. Once you have completed the bank transfer, please copy the bank transfer ID and bank transfer slip.
  • Please go to My Account > My Order > search for the related order and go to Order Details page > you can then submit the bank transfer ID and upload the bank transfer slip to our system.
  • Please allow 72 working hours for our Finance Team to validate your payment. Once the validation is completed, your order will be processed and an order confirmation email will be received.

 

Q: Where do Beautymall Wholesale ship from?

A: Beautymall Wholesale processes and ships all orders from our Hong Kong warehouse. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

 

Q: Which countries does Beautymall Wholesale ship to?

A:

  • Beautymall Wholesale currently ships to the United States, Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines.
  • We are expanding our shipping countries, please stay-tuned with us!

 

Q: Do I need to bear the shipping fee for the order?

A:

  • Yes, our shipping fee calculation is based on the item unit weight. We will calculate the shipping fee after you have selected the destination in checkout page.

Q: Do I need to pay any taxes or surcharges for my shipment?

A:

  • Customer is considered as the importer of the products and will be responsible for any custom tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), valued-added tax (VAT), or similar customs-related charges.
  • In addition to custom fees, customers may need to pay other changes from courier service, like administration or brokerage fees which may be incurred during custom processing and clearance of your shipment.

 

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Please refer to the Shipping & Return page to check the estimated time of delivery, which is calculated by adding up the estimated processing time and shipping time.

 

Q: What should I do if I receive wrong or defective items?

A:

  • You may visit our Shipping & Return page to learn more about the terms of return policy.
  • Please report to our Customer Service Team via submitting a ticket within 14 days from the day you receive the order. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

 

Q: Can I return the unwanted items?

A: We do not accept returns of products that are unwanted or change of mind. Please check the product details carefully before you place your order.

 

Q: Why are there some products marked "Sample" or "Not for Sale"?

A:

  • Certain products available from Beautymall Wholesale may have printed labels with Sample or Not for Sale.
  • These products are considered samples in Korea which are not allowed for sale locally. However, this restriction only applies in Korea only and thus these products are not prohibited for sale in other countries or regions.
  • Please note that products marked Sample, or Not for Sale cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Q: What will happen if I purchase a product with the words "Duty Free" printed on it?

A:

  • "Duty Free" does not mean that the product is different from products without it, or that the product is exempt from customs-related taxes or fees in your countries.
  • Please note that when you order any products marked "Duty Free", the products cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Q: Do you offer refunds if I had allergic reactions to your beauty or skin care products?

A:

  • We do not offer refunds or returns in the cases that involve allergic reaction due to products that you have purchased from us. As different skin types and skin conditions may react differently to our beauty or skin care products.
  • We strongly advise customers to check product information or ingredients listed carefully before purchasing.
  • Customers can also seek more detailed product information on the official websites of the brand.
